Description

This highly regarded multi trading business in Bahrain has an opportunity for a Sales Manager with considerable experience within the building services sector to lead, develop and motivate the external sales team to achieve set targets. Your key responsibilities will be: Lead the sales team to achieve targets. Personal involvement in securing key contracts. Ensure sales team have the knowledge and information needed to achieve market share growth. Identify training and development needs for members of the sales team. Take an active role in the recruitment and selection of new staff to further develop the sales team. Advise management on successful sales strategies. Manage market intelligence to ensure company is aware of all significant projects in Bahrain. Be actively involved in the community to ensure best possible awareness of the group activities. In order to be considered, you must have significant sales experience within building materials or related products, have previous supervisory or management experience within a sales environment and ideally, have local market knowledge.
